Our Company IT Department is seeking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer. This candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, development, implementing custom innovative software solutions utilizing the latest PHP technologies, testing, deploying and documenting.
-Responsibilities and Duties
-Build secure, globalized software using standard design patterns
-Develop automated unit tests to verify code is working properly
-Deliver a scalable and maintainable system
-Follow software development best practices
-Provide technical input on specifications for projects and implementations
-Analyze; design; coordinate; and supervise the development of web applications
-Provide assistance to Testers and IT personnel as needed
-Document code consistently throughout the development process
Technical Skills / Attributes Required
The successful Senior Software Developer applicant will possess the following requirements:
-3 (+) years’ experience as a developer
-2 (+) years’ experience with PHP
-Strong experience of database analysis, design and querying with mySQL Server
-Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
-Knowledge of any PHP Framework like Laravel or similar
-Experience with JavaScript*, *jQuery*, *HTML5*, *XML*, *JSON and *CSS*
-2 (+) years of developing MVC, jQuery
-Strong experience in designing and developing layered web based applications and MVC web applications with backend as mySQL
-Strong experience in identifying and implementing proper software design patterns based on the solution
-Prior experience on performance tuning (application or database) and security fixing is must
-Familiarity with git source control will be a plus
